Installation and maintenance

    Considerations for installation design

    The structure of rigid

Because the rotary bearing section design is relatively thin, when it is subjected to negative work must rely on a strong rigidity, can resist deformation of the adjacent structure to bear the bearing and the adjacent structure with high strength bolt connection.

The rigidity of adjacent structures is an important consideration for the equipment designer. In order to ensure that the turntable bearing has consistent cutting capacity, low resistance and high accuracy in running to any direction, the adjacent structure is required to have relatively consistent or gently varying stiffness on all sides of the circumference, so as to avoid spikes or deep valleys in a small range. Under the design maximum load condition, the maximum deflection 5D at any position on the circumference of the adjacent structure interface should meet the requirements of

For ball bearings. 7.7. The Dw. (Dp + 510). 10 (mm)

In which, the male diameter of Dw rolling body (mm)

Dp Rolling body center circle Diameter (mm)

For roller bearings, the results of the above calculation are multiplied by 0.67 as the maximum deflection limit.

    Install interface machining accuracy

The contact surface of the rotating plate bearing should be flat to prevent the bearing from deformation after fastening on it. Therefore, careful machining of the contact surface is absolutely important. For the welded structure, it should be arranged after all welding procedures are completed, after stress relief treatment, and then plane machining.

    Installation and Positioning

First place the bearing on the support structure, align the assembly hole and adjust the direction of the ring so that the ball filling hole plug and 1 or soft belt position (marked with "S") are separated by 90° from the heaviest bearing area. After positioning, tighten the connecting bolts step by step. Tightening process is performed in diagonal star order, generally divided into three stages, respectively reaching 30%, 80% and 100% of the required pretightening force.

    The connecting bolt

These bolts should be checked by the end user within 200 to 300 working hours after the equipment is operational. If any loss of preload is detected, the cause shall be determined and eliminated. In the future, bolts should be checked again every 200 to 300 working hours, until no bolt loosening is found, and the inspection period can be extended according to the design provisions.

2.5 Lubrication For relatively slow rotation, swing back and forth work of machinery such as loaders, excavators, cranes, it is recommended to be lubricated every 100 working hours. For faster movement or continuous rotation of machinery such as ditching machine, drilling machine and batching machine bearings should be lubricated every day, for 24 hours of operation should be lubricated every 8 hours for idle equipment to produce condensation. Whether in use or not, bearings should be lubricated every 6 months and then rotated several times to allow fresh grease to cover all surfaces. It is recommended that grease be added to the meshing point of the gear every 8 hours for slow or intermittent operation, and more often for fast or continuous rotation applications. Other maintenance measures include periodic monitoring of seal conditions, noise and vibration, friction torques, and clearance.

    Maintenance Requirements

    handling

Handle with care. Recommended handling must be carried in a horizontal state for movement and transportation. When lifting the bearing, use lifting bolts to load it into the mounting hole, or use non-metallic lifting tools to lift it at the bearing circumference 3 and other parts, so as to avoid any acceleration and impact. If the bearing needs to be turned over, use a nylon rope or similar sling. Do not use chain or wire rope spreader to contact the support.

    storage

It is packed with general grease and wrapped to prevent foreign material from intruding. When storing, the original packaging should be kept and placed in a horizontal state. If bearings need to be stacked, there should be three wooden pads with sufficient strength and equal height between bearings, and the pads of each layer should be aligned up and down. If the bearing diameter is 2000 mm or more, we recommend that you stack no more than two layers.

The anti-rust period of the turntable bearing is one year after leaving the factory. If the bearing is not installed within a year after receiving it, the original grease should be removed and replaced with new grease. If the storage period is expected to be extended, you are advised to inform TWB in advance so that it can be properly packed.
